Merry Christmas everybody!! don't mind me posting this message a few days late (just being me, the always-late andrew. i did indeed wish you a happy birthday a day late kh, but as usual u got tricked by the time-zone thingy i deployed on u). My Christmas this year was tremendously fun. couldn't believe that i've now spent my two christmases abroad (was in India last year-that was exceptionally good too). i got a (drum roll pls...) a pillow and a mattress pad this year from the Dunlaps. now some of you might be asking why the heck would i be so happy to receive such unusual presents, but, apparently you have never seen my dorm before. the pillowS (note that i have two pillows in the dorm, one for me and the other one i stole from t) i have cannot even match my goose-down pillow they got me. i have always ranted about tristan's fluffly goose down pillow and apparently he got bored of it. now that i have my own goose down pillow, he would not have to hear me rant again. Smart t, very smart. and the mattress pad is a very good idea for the mattress i have in the dorms (my weight did not help the already beaten mattress. i swear i could feel the springs sometimes). good presents that would last me the four years here in cowwege (tribute to mr tacke).
and i got a swiss army knife, a packet of snickers (my fav) and a usb drive from santa himself. found it in the shed christmas morning (you see, we open our presents from one another on christmas eve. presents from 'santa' are opened on christmas day). i got the family pewter ware from malaysia and t a gift card from famous footwear(what, he is so hard to buy for!! cut me some slack!)and some money to landon (t's brother). On christmas eve we had the traditional pizza (tradition for this family) and after that we played some catch phrase (immensely fun board game. thinking of buying it and taking it back to pg). one christmas day we had ham and some other stuff.
don't have time now to type more stuff. the librarian is chasing me out. apparently i have used up my time slot. will update in a bit with pics this time. see ya guys and kh and albert, reply my email and update ur blogs. just wanna say congratulations to mabel and ivan. u guys make such a great couple. see ya soon
